Herby's Spielewelt is a toy shop in Schalchen. Advice happens in the shop – but many customers first check online whether an item is in stock, or look for a gift idea. There was no website yet to catch that and bring people into the shop.
Implementation
We built a website that complements the shop rather than replacing it:
- 01Online reservation – choose online, pick up in the shop
- 02Gift helper – leads to suitable suggestions in a few steps
- 03Birthday club – sign up directly on the website
Result
Customers now reserve items online and pick them up in the shop. The gift helper and birthday club give website visitors a reason to drop by – in-store advice remains the core.
